ORGANISMIC.

The catalogue

The Tradecraft Shelf.

Off-the-shelf capability for consequential work.

Each piece here is an Organon: a legible, governed instrument built for a specific territory, which you acquire, own, and run on the AI you already have.

The analog tier guides you while you execute. The agentic tier can execute under your authority, with the permissions, checks, artifacts and approval gates the work requires.

These are not courses to complete or software to rent. They are working systems you can read, run, and keep.

Acquire. Own. Run.

For the individual

Capability for the person whose old lane is narrowing.

For the firm

Capability for the organisation that needs to become legible and operable to AI.

The Tradecraft Line

Complete Organons for specific territories of work. Each renders a capability that would otherwise remain scattered across experience, advice, tools and judgment.

The open door

The Tradecraft Shelf is not the only way in. The Delta Window is a free instrument for beginning the work with the AI you already use.

Is that all there is?

No — and that is the honest problem.

Around fifty organons are authored in a year. Two are listed here. The rest are built and held, because an asset a stranger cannot yet enter has nothing to gain from appearing on a shelf. Deciding which ones open next by instinct seems a poor way to decide. If one of the problems they address is live for you, say so.
